Ms. Chiang Wai Ming has resigned as Joint Company Secretary with effect from 19 September 2024. Consequent to this, Ms. Low Mei Mei, Maureen who was appointed as Joint Company Secretary on 16 June 2021 will remain as the Company Secretary.
